We want you to love your space, so if your Mellow purchase isn’t a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components into the original shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact us to schedule a home pickup for larger oversized furniture items.
